The estate is of approx, 10 ha. mainly cultivated with Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Nebbiolo d'Alba and Barolo grapes and the whole business is run by the family itself in the villages ofSerralunga d'Alba , Sinio and Roddino.
All the operations on the vineyards and picking are carried out by hand, granting a very good grape quality with a yield on average smaller than 20 30% compared to normal production.
All the vinification operations are carried out with the utmost care in order to assure the best quality, thank also to a slow and soft maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
The refining of the wines is made in tanks and French barriques completely according to tradition, following their evolution step by step, so that it is possible to make them more precious, but keeping entirely all the characteristics ofthe grapes with which they are made.
